The MC34114P is a monolithic integrated telephone speech network designed to replace the bulky magnetic hybrid circuit of a telephone swt. The MC34114P incorporates the necessary functions of transmit amplification, receive amplification, and sidetone control, each with externally adjustable gain.
Features
MC34114P features: (1)Operation down to 1.2V; (2)Externally adjustable transimit, receive, and sidetone gains; (3)Differential microphone amplifier input minimizes RFI susceptibility; (4)Transmit, receive, and sidetone equalization on both voice and DTMF signals; (5)Regulated 1.7V output for biasing microphone; (6)Regulated 3.3V output for powering external dialer or MPU; (7)Microphone and receive amplifiers muted during dialing; (8)Differential receive amplifier output eliminates coupling capacitor; (9)Operates with receive impedances of 50 Ohms and higher; (10)Complies with NTT, bell telephone and BT standards.
